🚧 Roadway Improvement Project Underway – W Avenue A 🚧
📍 City of Jarrell – CDBG Funded Project
Construction has begun along W Avenue A (between CR 307 and N 5th St) as part of the City’s CDBG Roadway Improvement Project.
🔧 Expected Duration: Approximately 6 weeks
🕒 Please expect delays and plan accordingly as crews work in the area. Use alternate routes when possible.
🏠 Residents in the immediate area will receive door notices from the contractor with information on access and construction timing.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: TRAFFIC PATTERN CHANGE
As part of this project, there will be a permanent change to the stop sign configuration at the intersection of W Avenue A and CR 307:
➡️ The stop sign will be moved to W Avenue A, meaning:
• Drivers on W Avenue A will be required to stop,
• CR 307 traffic will now have the right-of-way.
📢 Please pay close attention to crews, message boards, and new signage as this change takes effect during and after construction.
