Public Notice to consider adoption of a Tax Abatement Agreement
Pursuant to Tax Code Sec. 312.207(d), please be advised that the City of Jarrell City Council will hold a meeting on
Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., to be held in the Jarrell City Council Chambers, located at Jarrell City Hall, 161 Town Center Blvd., Jarrell, TX 76537 to consider adoption of a Tax Abatement Agreement with Labatt Food Services, LLC. Labatt has agreed to construct or cause to be constructed a minimum of 150,000 square foot distribution warehouse establishment to be located on an approximately 48-acre tract of land located near the intersection of IH-35S and Ronald Reagan Boulevard, Williamson County, Texas; and intends to make a total combined capital investment of approximately Forty-Two Million and No/100 Dollars ($42,000,000.00) in the Improvements and Tangible Personal Property.
