Finance Manager

The Finance Manager plays a critical role in maintaining the financial health and stability of the City of Jarrell. This position assists with budget development, financial reporting, grant administration, accounting controls, and compliance with Texas municipal finance requirements. Working closely with the Finance Director and City Manager, the Finance Manager ensures transparent, accurate, and efficient management of municipal funds in line with best practices.
