 Public Hearing Notice for Consent Annexation

You are hereby notified that a Public Hearing will be held by the City of Jarrell City Council in the Council Chambers of Jarrell City Hall, 161 Town Center Blvd., Jarrell, TX 76537, on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., and continuing from day to day thereafter, if necessary. The nature of such public hearing will be to consider the following items:

2025-389 The City of Jarrell, Texas, proposes to institute annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said city to include the following described territories, to wit:

Being a being a 0.548-acre tract of land situated in the Isaac Bunker Survey, Abstract No. 54, City of Jarrell, Williamson County Road number 313 and Cemetery Road, a variable width public right-of-way dedicated by use and occupation; and Being a being a tract of land in the Isaac Bunker Survey, Abstract No. 54, Williamson County, Texas and being all of a called 14.238 described as “Tract One” in the Special Warranty Gift Deed to Jackueline Allison recorded in Document No. 2008086839, Official Public Records Williamson County, Texas (O.P.R.W.C.T.).

Public Hearing #1 will be held be and before the City Council of the City of Jarrell, Texas, on the 9th day of September 2025, at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers of the City Hall of the City of Jarrell, located at 161 Town Center Blvd., Jarrell, Texas 76537.

Of all said matters and things, all persons interested in the things and matters herein mentions will take notice.
